What is WebCalender?

As the name signifies, a web calendar is an online application that performs the function of a calendar or planner. You can use it to plan for upcoming events, dates, appointments, deadlines, or special occasions.  It can be used for personal purposes or for organizations, businesses, Intranets or webmasters.

You will notice many sites host and offer such online calendars free of charge. It is a great way to keep tab of events and functions without having to send flyers, bulletins, etc. Its easy to update and add events to the webCalendar- users can do so from their own homes or offices and the updates can be checked from anywhere at any time.

Attendance Confirmation — For group events, webCalendar offers an option to prompt invitees to accept/decline the invitation. Attendance information is shared among all invitees.

Security — Every private webcalendar is password protected. Also webCalendar provide three levels of event based privacy to protect your personal calendar entries.
